Mia Kyricos is the Director of Global Spa Brands & Programming at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. where she is responsible for the development, maintenance and ongoing evolution of (5) spa brands. She also serves as Starwood’s in-house expertise on wellness-related programming.

 

During her tenure at Starwood, Mia has supported existing and developing hotel spas around the world in a variety of capacities, and has also spearheaded the development of proprietary spa concepts for Starwood’s Le Meridien, St. Regis, Westin and W hotel brands.  Prior to Starwood, Mia worked for Canyon Ranch Health Resort & Spa in Lenox, Massachusetts and as Spa Director for Exhale Mind Body Spa in New York City.  

 

Mia holds a Masters of Management in Hospitality Administration (MMH) from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration, and a Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in International Relations from Wheaton College in Norton, Massachusetts. She also serves as Vice Chairman of the Board for the New York Spa Alliance (NYSPA), is an advisory board member for UC Irvine’s Spa and Hospitality Management program, and a regular delegate at the annual Global Spa & Wellness Summit.
