Dr. Saif is a physician and has extensive experience in the health insurance field. He is the Medical Director of Care Management Programs at Green Crescent Insurance Company and he is also the Head of the Green Crescent Model for Diabetes Management; the first integrated care system for diabetes in the region.

Prior to joining Green Crescent, Dr Saif worked at the Health Strategy and Health Funding Department at Dubai Health Authority.
