Principal Managing Partner for Texas Benefit, an independent insurance and financial service brokerage firm located in San Antonio, Texas. Mr. Polanco started the firm in 1993 and is chiefly responsible for the business development and marketing of the firm.
Retired after 23 years from the U.S Navy as a Lieutenant Commander and held responsibilities as a Healthcare Administrator and Environmental Health. He also enjoyed 10 years experience as a commercial banker specializing in executive and professional banking relations. He has presented on local venues issues surrounding healthcare strategies on gaining control of utilization factors and ways to maintain costs. Developing programs to enhance quality of network and cost containment in Workers Compensation Programs in the International Arena.
