Amy Stansfield
Vice President of Corporate Human Resources, APCO Worldwide
Amy Stansfield, vice president of corporate human resources, joined APCO Worldwide in Seattle in 1998 and relocated to APCO's Washington, DC headquarters in 2009. Currently, she is responsible for managing benefits for North America, coordinating benefits globally, administering the global HRIS program and developing other HR-related systems in coordination with APCO's Information Technology department.
In her role, Ms. Stansfield has the opportunity to work with HR teams in all of APCO's regions on projects such as online benefits open enrollment, performance management, leave management and ensuring APCO's benefits programs/schemes are competitive in all locations.
Prior to joining APCO, Ms. Stansfield worked in marketing communication in the manufacturing and aerospace industries.
Ms. Stansfield earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Political Science at Washington State University. She received her human resources certificate from the University of Washington in 2002 and PHR certification by the Human Resources Credentialing Institute in 2003 and currently maintains the credential.
