Professional background

Richard Polak is a specialist in international human resources.  In his 30 years of providing advice to the world’s largest corporations, Mr. Polak has developed a detailed understanding of the interaction between the US and other countries, allowing him to offer his clients unique and inventive solutions that go beyond conventional consulting advice.

The products and solutions created by Mr. Polak have become the standard in the global HR industry, products like IBIS eVisor, an innovative web-based service providing country profiles, news and compliance alerts in 70 countries; and the annual IBIS Academy, which is the largest and most prominent gathering of international benefits professionals in the world (celebrating its 40^thyear).

 

Examples of projects

Mr. Polak was a subject matter expert for the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) Global Learning System where he provided advice on the global benefits module.  IBIS Advisors currently serves as the international helpline for SHRM, servicing over 180,000 members
